Healthy Meals In Minutes

Easy and healthy meals aren’t impossible! Join the dietitians of West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital for quarterly cooking demonstrations with plenty of ideas for quick and healthy dishes. In 45 minutes, we’ll show you healthy meal planning, quick recipes, and step-by-step demonstrations. The classes are free and are part of our commitment to improve the health of our community.
