Family medicine is a priority at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital (WCCH). Drs. Jason and Kelly Fuqua, alongside nurse practitioner Garett Istre, are committed to providing exceptional care to you and your family. 

Calcasieu Family Physicians - Carlyss is located at 151 Walker Rd. in Carlyss and is open Monday - Wednesday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. The office is closed daily from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. for lunch.
