Shots for Tots is a low-cost immunization program for children (6 weeks of age through 18 years of age) who are uninsured, underinsured (vaccines are not covered by insurance), have Medicaid, or are American Indian/Alaskan native.
The clinics are offered several times a month at two locations in Sulphur.
The cost is $10 per person; payable by cash or check only. Appointments are required.
