She serves as Chief Quality & Compliance Officer, and currently, as Interim Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Tran works closely with hospital management, physicians and employees to develop and manage organization-wide plans and programs for the ongoing evaluation and assessment of quality, safety and customer satisfaction. In addition, she manages all risk management, compliance, section 1557 and ethics programming adherence and development. As Interim CNO, Tran is responsible for organizing and administering the nursing care and associated patient care departments according to the hospital’s mission and vision.
Tran has over 20 years of healthcare management experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and Master of Business Administration degree from McNeese State University. Additional competencies and certifications include: Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) and Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS). She has been with WCCH since 2018.
