WCCH Announces Promotion of Ames to Nursing Leadership Team

West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital (WCCH) is pleased to announce that Angelia Ames, RN, has been promoted to medical surgical & medical telemetry nursing manager. Ames will provide clinician direction and leadership for the med/surg and med/telemetry departments in her new role.  

Ames has served in various nursing capacities and brings over eight years of nursing experience to her new position, with the past four years as a member of the WCCH med/surg department. She earned her ADN degree from McNeese State University and holds BLS/ACLS/PALS/MOAB/CPI certifications.
