The LPN provides assistance to patients as directed by the Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Director of the Community Health Center. The LPN follows established standards, procedures, and practice when providing assistance to patients.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- CPR Certification
- LPN Licensed in LA
Experience Requirements:
- Two years in a medical office
