  1. Educational Requirements: 

High school graduation or equivalent preferred.  Must have the ability to read, write and follow instructions both verbal and written.

      B.  Experience Requirements:

Previous cooking experience is desirable; hospital/health care setting preferred.  Knowledge of proper body mechanics, skills to operate kitchen equipment, portion control, emergency procedures, (particularly in the event of fire), and knowledge of Health Department Standards.
