West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital (WCCH) recently named Jennifer Zipprian, Radiology office clerk, and Karen Lambert, director of marketing, as recipients of its new Safety Award. The award, which honors employees for their promotion of safety and safety awareness in and around the hospital, is distributed to those employees that demonstrate extraordinary awareness and action in minimizing potential safety risks.

According to Paul Hymes, vice president of facility services, "Providing exceptional healthcare to those visiting our facility is at the forefront of everything we do. Our success with meeting this vision statement can be attributed to the great attention we place on sustaining this culture of safety,” he stated.
