WCCH recently named Vickie Dickerson, HR secretary, as its first quarter Employee of the Quarter. In her current position, Dickerson is responsible for the coordination of Human Resources department clerical functions. She also maintains all personal files, and facilitates the activities associated with new and departing employees.

"Vickie's enthusiasm for her job is contagious,” states Christi Kingsley, vice president of Human Resources. "Her positive attitude, efficiency, and passion for WCCH make her a true asset to our organization,” she said.
