Dynamic Dimensions Fitness Centers of West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital recently donated thousands of pounds of free weights to Sam Houston High School and Vinton High School, upon receiving new weights for its Moss Bluff location. The donation included weight plates, dumbbells, racks, weight trees and weight bars. "Supporting the health and fitness needs of the students in our local schools is something that we are very passionate about,” said Suzy Trahan, director of Dynamic Dimensions. "We know that these donations will greatly help the sports and athletic programs in these schools.”
