The Dynamic Dimensions exercise staff is available to assist members in getting started with a customized exercise program. New members of Dynamic Dimensions will receive 3 initial training sessions to get you started on the right path to reach your own personal fitness goals.
During these training sessions, the Dynamic Dimensions Exercise Specialist will administer your choice of various fitness assessments and develop an individualized exercise program based on your past medical history, current physical fitness, and personal fitness goals.
