Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Education, or Health-related curriculum.
Two years of basic experience in field of educational preparation.
Two years of basic experience in middle or executive management preferred.
Good verbal ability and clerical perception.
Stamina to stand stress and strain. Potential for increased stress levels.
A preference for contacts with people.
Ability to plan, supervise, coordinate activities, interpret policies and make decisions.
Work requires periods of prolonged standing, walking, and sitting.
Possesses personal qualities such as : kindness, empathy, understanding, respect, good judgment, integrity, loyalty, a sense of humor and an ability to relate to people in a compassionate manner.
Must be able to perform duties in an independent manner.
Lifting and positioning clients with assistance if required.
