The resource person is currently a nursing assistant who has expressed a desire to apply and expand his/her knowledge base in a clinical work setting. The Resource Person focuses on acquisition of the skills and knowledge he/she needs to function in a staff nurse role. The resource person assumes increasingly responsible roles as he/she gains self-confidence, competence and comfort in the clinical setting and becomes more able to provide quality patient care. |

Requirements: The Resource Team Program is open to RN, LPN, CNA. The Nurse must have a valid/current LA drivers license to practice nursing. Two years current experience in nursing. |
