Repairs all types of mechanical equipment using manufactures blueprints, operation and service manuals, necessay measuring and testing devices. Performs repairs on steam, electrical, and heating and cooling systems. Keeps logs, records and orders all necessary parts and replacements.

Requires little or no supervision.

High school diploma of GED equivalency, Vocational Courses

Minimum of 2 years experience in building maintenance, capable of reading blueprints and specifications.

Licensed Electritian preferred,  repairs, plumbing, carpentry and refrigeration.

Valid Louisiana driver's license.

Acceptable driving record and qualify for insurability by WCCH insurance carrier.

In good physical condition.
