The Admissions Representative is responsible for performing the duties of resgistering patients in a manner to promote positive relationships with patients, visitors, physicians and hospital departments. The Representative ensures quality performance by gathering and entering accurate and complete information for billing and collection processes critical fro reimbursement. The Representative assists patients in understanding the forms to be signed, their patient rights, and informs patients of hospital policies and procedures. |

Requirements: High School Graduate. Prefer previous employment in hospital / medical or insurance industry with 1-2 years experience. Type 30 WPM.Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations helpful. |
